Terms & Conditions

1) Registrations close by January-21-2024.

2) Registration Fee is ONLY refundable if the entry does not make it through selection process for final performance. 

​

3) Auditions are evaluated by highly skilled AIR grade artists and their decision is final.

4) Skill Levels indicated in the form are only references, Performances should include at least one Tyagaraja Kruthi. 

​

5) By entering, minors confirm that they have parental consent to participate.

6) Indian Octaves retains the right to disqualify any material that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or inadmissible.  

​

7) All performers are required to perform in suitable recital style or concert attire.  Costumes, traditional attire, and uniforms are acceptable in the appropriate entry categories. Please refrain from wearing performance attire with writing, slogans, text, or advertisements on.

8) Indian Octaves respects the rights and privacy of all and does not discriminate based on ethnicity, race, nationality, gender, religion, or sexual orientation.  

​

9)  Indian Octaves will assign the suitable accompanying artists (Mridangam/Violin) based on the performer skill level and availability of artist.

​

10) Concert tickets and Registrations are non-transferable.
