2026 season pass - Terms & conditions

The Indian Octaves Season Pass provides access to a curated lineup of concerts, workshops, and community-based musical opportunities during a specific programming season. Your purchase helps support our nonprofit mission to promote Indian classical music across the United States.

Event Access & Ticketing

  • Some concerts may require an RSVP or ticket redemption, even if included in the pass.

  • Complimentary/included events are subject to venue capacity and seating availability.

  • Certain premium or collaboration events may require separate or partial ticket purchases.

  • Early seat selection windows will be communicated by email.

Performance & Participation Opportunities

All participation opportunities—including performances, ensembles, pre-concert showcases, and productions—are curated at the discretion of Indian Octaves based on:

  • Artistic readiness

  • Event suitability

  • Repertoire/theme alignment

  • Availability of performance slots

Submission of interest does not guarantee selection.

Refund Policy

No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

  • Missed events or scheduling conflicts

  • Changes in artist lineup or programming adjustments

  • Weather-related disruptions

  • Personal reasons, illness, or travel issues

  • Partially used or unused passes

Event Cancellations

If Indian Octaves fully cancels an event (not postpones or reschedules), we may:

  • Replace it with an alternate program,

  • Provide an equivalent-value concert within the season, or

  • Offer credit toward a future event or workshop (at our discretion).

Season Pass refunds will not be provided.

Code of Conduct

Season Pass holders must maintain respectful conduct toward artists, volunteers, staff, and fellow attendees at all Indian Octaves events and activities. We reserve the right to deny participation or revoke pass privileges in cases of inappropriate behavior.

Communications

By purchasing a Season Pass, you consent to receive communications from Indian Octaves related to:

  • Concert announcements

  • RSVP and ticketing instructions

  • Workshops, masterclasses, and participation opportunities

  • Operational updates or schedule changes

  • Donation and tax receipts

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Programming Adjustments

Indian Octaves may adjust event dates, venue details, artist lineups, or program formats due to:

  • Artist availability

  • Travel delays

  • Venue restrictions

  • Weather or safety concerns

  • Logistical or operational needs

Any schedule changes will be communicated promptly.
